Context
A platform designed to organize customer conversations, distribute work across teams, support automation, and connect messaging with sales and service operations.
My actual role
Product requirements, delivery and operations oversight, user-flow review, testing, and release-readiness gates.
This case makes a clear distinction between what I managed, analyzed, reviewed, or implemented, without presenting collaborative work as a solo build.
Challenges
- Coordinating journeys across admin, user-facing, and external integration layers.
- Keeping phased experiments clearly separated from live production behavior.
- Turning a broad product scope into reviewable release gates and testable journeys.
Decisions
- Use progressive rollout instead of enabling all capabilities at once.
- Separate analysis, delivery, review, and testing responsibilities.
- Document constraints and deferred items rather than burying them in marketing language.
Outcome
User journeys, release gates, and feature states became easier to review while keeping claims tied to what was actually tested or operated.
