A multi-interface travel and booking product requiring consistent booking, payment, and confirmation states across several systems.

My actual role

Journey analysis, delivery oversight, and cross-system testing across web, mobile, backend, APIs, and payments.

This case distinguishes what I managed, analyzed, reviewed, or implemented without presenting collaborative work as a solo build.

Challenges

• Maintaining state consistency across several interfaces.
• Tracing errors that surface in one layer but originate in another.
• Separating UI readiness from integration and payment readiness.

Decisions

• Review journeys from the end-user perspective, not as isolated systems.
• Use end-to-end scenarios that connect entry points to final outcomes.
• Record incomplete cases as explicit launch constraints.

Outcome

System boundaries and responsibilities became clearer, and readiness was evaluated through complete journeys rather than isolated screens.
